Contemporary Cartography exhibition and Store Street Social launch

Launch
Thu 6 Jun 2019

Thursday 6 June will be our first Store Street Social of 2019 to celebrate LFA and mark the opening of our exhibition Contemporary Cartography

In response to this year’s LFA theme of ‘boundaries’ the exhibition examines how we navigate, document and shape the built environment today. It is a celebration and interrogation of mapping, framed through the work of selected contemporary practices including; James Corner Field Operations, ScanLab Projects, Studio MUTT and Smout Allen.

The evening is also the launch of Store Street Social, a collaboration between the Building Centre, NLA and The Gentlemen Baristas, which will be every Thursday throughout June.

The Gentlemen Baristas bar will be open from 5.30pm and exhibitor talks from 6.30pm. The event is open to all, so please feel free to invite family and friends to enjoy the sun (hopefully) and drinks in the Crescent.

If you could like to attend, please RSVP.

The Contemporary Cartography exhibition is supported by the Built Environment Trust and sponsored by Medite Smartply.
