Achilles helps the contractor to reduce the resources required to identify that Lomax + Wood meets their internal sub-contractor criteria. The audit covers a vast range of company procedures, financial details, environmental and health and safety policies to name but a few.
The Achilles accreditation is in addition to the continuing Lomax + Wood goal to achieve certification in a range of fields, for example Lomax + Wood also have FSC® Chain Of Custody. FSC® Chain of Custody is not the same as a timber window and door supplier providing FSC® documents for the timber alone. The Lomax + Wood FSC® Chain of Custody ensures the product is FSC® from source through to installation, if Lomax + Wood site fitting is specified, which is within the scope of our certification.
