The Pipers Central London model forms the centrepiece of the NLA galleries at The Building Centre and is built to a scale of 1:1500. Measuring some 12m, the model covers an area from Paddington in the west to The Royal Docks in the east and from Battersea in the south to King's Cross in the north. Major new and proposed buildings with planning permission are highlighted in white, including the Olympic masterplan and a range of new tall buildings set to transform London's skyline.
