Cartwright Pickard and The Royal College of Art present a Later Living event - Age-inclusive design principles: Shaping a sense of belonging in later life

Following a two-year government funded research project with The Royal College of Art and other industry partners, Cartwright Pickard Architects showcase a series of age-inclusive design principles to raise housing design standards and shape a greater sense of belonging in later life.

A panel of leading industry speakers from across the built environment, government, and academia will speak to the research and share their own thinking.

Speakers include: Jeremy Porteus, CEO of the Housing Learning and Improvement Network, Professor Judith Phillips OBE of the Government’s Older People’s Housing Taskforce, Samantha Rowland at BNP Paribas who will discuss viability and Matt Richardson from market-leading later living developers, McCarthy & Stone, and several more.
