The product was originally designed for wall cladding where different coloured oils and finishes can be applied on site to create multi coloured wall panels as well as reflective colours and hard wax oil finishes under bar areas to reflect light and create unique interior designs. There will a lot of knots and splits with large colour variation to create unique natural looks.
Prior to top surface workings (2mm deep brushing) the top layer is 4mm, the effect of brushing causes the top layer to appear reduced. Each carton contains 8 boards with one of those boards split at approx. 600mm to allow for staggering the joints and can also be used as end of runs.
