Caltech QC Balcony Plus is a thick layer, fully reinforced waterproofing and surfacing system for walkways, balconies and terraces over occupied premises. The exceptionally fast curing, totally cold applied, solvent free, elastomeric system incorporates a waterproofing membrane which is suitable for both refurbishment and new build, and the majority of deck constructions. The system comes in a wide range of colours, textures and surface finishes and can be fully tailored to meet the requirements of the project. The system will cure within 30-40 minutes per coat.
