Quad-Lock Building Systems Ltd. was established in 1994 and is one of the only ISO-certified Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF) companies to develop, manufacture and distribute patented ICF systems.

Quad-Lock (England) Ltd was formed in 2004 to distribute Quad-Lock products in England and Wales.

Quad-Lock ICF features innovative polystyrene panels which are secured with HDPE plastic ties. Just four standard components allow users to quickly form solid concrete walls with flexibility in design, speed of build and superb thermal and sound insulation. Product deliveries are backed up with full Quad-Lock training.

Quad-Lock ICF provides superb insulation and enables extremely airtight construction. This unique combination creates buildings that perform closest to calculated theoretical insulation values (U-Values), in positive contrast to traditional forms of construction. The result is lifetime energy savings up to 70%, making affordable “passive” houses a reality with Quad-Lock ICF, Savings in M & E are another advantage. The recently released R-ETRO System is an insulation system for the renovation market that allows panels to be placed on existing wall surfaces adding a U-Value of 0.31 to the building. The R-ETRO System can also be used in combination with other construction methods such as timber frame.
