Leading architectural practice dRMM specified ecodek® material on their 2016 RIBA Stirling Prize shortlisted project. Completed in 2015, this Lendlease development is a flagship housing project in the regeneration scheme of Elephant and Castle. Comprising 235 high-quality homes (including 25% affordable housing) the project has successfully integrated the redevelopment with the historic neighbouring buildings.
The inclusion of 25 mature London Plane trees and numerous public pedestrian areas affords a rich and vibrant landscape. All homes within the development have either an ecodek® balcony, roof terrace or garden area.
