Savills €1.1m Properties Feature Tobermore’s Tumbled Tegula

4 Jan 2016
Case study

Savills has recently presented some exceptional new homes to the Irish market worth €850,000 - €1,100,000. The 2,691 sq ft detached properties are positioned on the Howth Road and Kilbarrack Road in Raheny, Dublin, with a number of the homes boasting breath-taking panoramic sea views.

Designed by Mark Turpin of Donnelly Turpin, a Dublin based architectural firm, the five bedroom homes are laid over three stories and are a fantastic model of high specification architectural design.

Tobermore’s tumbled Tegula Trio block paving in the subtly blended tones of Bracken and Tegula Setts in rich Golden were selected as the hard landscaping solution for these high end properties.

Tegula Trio and Tegula Setts are both vintage-themed paving products that undergo a tumbling manufacturing process at Tobermore’s 50 acre world class plant at company headquarters in Northern Ireland. This tumbling process produces an aged, antique look. The traditional style of Tegula Trio and Tegula Setts provide a beautiful contrast to Savills’ contemporary new homes at Howth Road and Kilbarrack Road.

This area in Dublin is an idyllic location to reside as Howth Road and Kilbarrack Road are situated in one of the county’s most stunning coastal locations, conveniently located just minutes from the villages of Howth, Sutton & Clontarf, the Royal Dublin Golf Club, St Anne's Park, and local educational and leisure facilities, including the picturesque promenade and tranquil coastal walking routes.
