New Timber Windows & Doors Add Quality to New Build

30 Aug 2018
Case study

Having formed a successful partnership with this developer on several other projects, we were glad to be the chosen supplier for the timber windows and doors on this high-specification new build property in the South of England.

The house sits comfortably on the spacious plot and achieves a sense of design unity and scale owing to the correctly designed and proportioned windows. In this instance we have specified spring balanced sash windows that sit behind the brickwork on stooled stone cills as would be found on an older heritage property.

Our sister company Westbury Garden Rooms also helped with the design of the garden room in addition to supplying the rainwater goods. The garden room extension adds a luxurious open space to the side of the house and creates a kitchen space that is flooded with natural daylight creating a strong connection to the outside space.

The timber windows and doors are finished in a Westbury White paint finish, while the garden room is finished in Wash White, creating a light and bright contrast with a heritage feel on this new build property.
