4500m2 of Optima FC, TFC, IPC & Feature Fabrications in Aluminum Axalta PPC has been used in the completion of Horizon Heights student accommodation at Liverpool Lime Street.
Positioned by Liverpool Lime Street train station, the £55m new-build student accommodation comprises of 1,085 bedrooms across two tower blocks of 21 and 19 storey's. The units are a mixture of cluster and studio flats with communal areas and ground floor retail space.
The project has been awarded BREEAM Excellent rating for its sustainable building design, development, and management. It has also been nominated winner of the RICS Social Impact Awards for the North West region for student accommodation.
