The site was created to centralise decision-making with regard to commercial policy, R&D and the supply chain needs of Grifols’ Bioscience Division, which specialises in plasma protein therapies.
Located in a prime location at the heart of Grange Castle Business Park, it was vital the new facility made an aesthetic statement. Architects, PM Group, were intent on designing a building that would blend into the cloudy hues of the Dublin skyline. Having worked with us before, they chose Optimo and Louvre wall panels* for the external elevations in a mix of blues and greys.
The building was completed with a high-performance QuadCore Topdek Roof Panel, offering excellent resilience and thermal performance.
