Renewable heating products distributor Go Geothermal Ltd has completed its 600th project with Stiebel Eltron.

Go Geothermal will be delivering the equipment for this landmark project of their client Pure Renewables, who will receive £600 credit from Stiebel Eltron and Go Geothermal for future purchases to celebrate the milestone.

Demand for heat pumps and other renewable energy sources is rising in the UK market, as housebuilders and developers look to new innovations that enhance the sustainability of their properties.

This has also been boosted by the growth of mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems, which have seen increased popularity as homes become more airtight. Go Geothermal also exclusively provide this range of Stiebel Eltron’s product line.

Mark McManus, managing director at Stiebel Eltron UK, said: “This is a great landmark for both of our organisations and really demonstrates the demand for renewable options in the UK.

“The team at Go Geothermal have been a key contributor to our success. It’s vital for us to work with partners that have the same passion for sustainable energy sources as us and Go Geothermal fit that bill perfectly.

“We’re looking forward to continuing to work together with Go Geothermal to provide customers with latest innovations in the renewables sector.”

Stiebel Eltron ground and air source heat pumps provide a range of benefits unique to the market, including space saving housing design to streamline the installation process and minimise disruption, and an internet service gateway that provides live updates on the running of the unit.

Sean Sowden, co-founder of Go Geothermal added: “Stiebel Eltron products have always been a strong element of our offering to customers, due to the business’s focus on quality and innovation.

“However, it’s also a key priority for us to work with a company that understands the important role of the installer. Stiebel Eltron’s focus on designing products that make the job of the installer easier, and ability to provide invaluable training on how the unit itself works, makes them an ideal partner.

“We’re seeing real interest from a wide-range of customer profiles in heat pumps as well as mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems and have great confidence that the UK will continue to grow considerably in the coming years as homeowners become increasingly environmentally conscious.”

Chris Whitelock, managing director at Pure Renewables, reinforced the above comments, saying: “Pure Renewables is committed to excellence and high-quality so working with a distributor such as Go Geothermal and a manufacturer such as Stiebel Eltron supports us in delivering on these key values.”
