Cloud Cycles is a fine exemplar of how cycling ties in with the circular economy: local making and maintenance, with components that can be easily assembled and disassembled, and most of the parts easily repaired, reused or regenerated. The whole can be repeatedly shared or re-sold, whilst the core frame can be upcycled with rebuilds, or ultimately 100 per cent recycled.
