Case study

Located at one of the most highly regarded addresses and forming part of the North Oxford conservation area, this substantial Victorian residence has undergone an extensive scope of works to create a family friendly space.

The detached home, which incorporates accommodation over four floors, features a new side and rear extension to create a music room, games room and two additional en-suite bedrooms, along with a contemporary open plan family kitchen and living area at the rear.

The decorative banded detail is continued across the extended areas with matching Regency Orange bricks, both of which help to create a successful and indistinguishable transition between old and new.
