20 Farringdon was a tired 1980’s office building adjacent to Farringdon Station. It has been given a new lease of life for continued use as modern office space with extensive internal refurbishment (with the use of the colour black as a feature) and this colour theme extends to the exterior of the building to make a bold statement. KEIM Royalan was used over the weathered polished and textured granite and some existing glazing panels. Additionally protected using KEIM Wax Coating.
