Experts in housing design and provision will discuss the planning and management of mixed tenure developments. Panelists will explore design concepts such as ‘tenure-blind’ building plans, which can influence community integration. What practical measures help cohesion and how are service charges kept fair? Speakers will share ideas on long-term planning strategies and how they might adapt and respond to change.

- Spyridon Katsaros, associate director at PRP
- Victoria Pinoncely, author of Poverty, place and inequality and research officer at Royal Town Planning Institute
- Colin Wiles, housing and planning consultant at Wiles Consulting
- Chair: Paul Lincoln, deputy chief executive of the Landscape Institute. Paul has a background in housing, public space and regeneration and formerly managed communications for Toynbee Housing Association.
This event is free to attend but booking is essential. Breakfast will be served from 8.30am and the talk will begin at 9.00am and finish at 10.15am.
