The Colour Flooring Company was set up by Bill Tuckey and Lena Corner, two journalists who met while working at the Independent on Sunday.
We discovered that we both had the same problem when it came to sourcing flooring. It seemed impossible to find a range of affordable, contemporary block-colour vinyl flooring without flecks, marbling and other terrifyingly dated styles in between.
That’s what inspired us to launch The Colour Flooring Company, a London-based online business offering a gorgeous palette of colours in sheet vinyl.
Since launching we have been recommended by almost every interiors magazine on the newsstand including The World of Interiors, Homes and Gardens, Living Etc and Elle Deco.
Our customers include Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Liberty, Toni & Guy and the BBC.
Our product proved so popular we decided to expand. We now also supply rubber in sheet form and are currently the only supplier of cut lengths (rather than whole rolls) in the UK.
