Specifically designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of external raised access floor installations, this product is particularly suitable for use on roof terraces, patios and entrance areas.

The X-Floor panel is totally inert, robust and is impervious to changes in temperature and humidity. The absence of any metallic components employed within its construction makes this product ideally suited to external applications providing years of trouble free use and reduced maintenance costs. X-Floor is also ideally suited to internal applications where high humidity or water may be present such as industrial control rooms or pumping stations. In these instances, neither chipboard or calcium sulphate core panels would perform.

The surface finish of the X-Floor panel is generally porcelain which can be supplied in an almost infinite range of colours and anti-slip textures, other surface finishes available include ceramic, natural and reconstituted stone and coloured glass. Water Resistant: The X-Floor panel is totally impervious to water and humidity. Even when totally immersed in water for a period of 24 hours there was no variations to the dimensional tolerances whatsoever.

Resistant to Fire: The X-Floor panel is totally inert and as so should fire occur within the raised access floor cavity is totally incombustible, and certified as a Class “0” product High load-bearing Performance: The unique manufacturing process of the X-Floor panels and their extremely high density (≥ 2200 kg/mc) ensures unrivalled levels of dimensional tolerance and load bearing performance, with a loading capacity of (≥ 600 kg) X-Floor provides a secure and stable flooring solution suitable for all applications. Reinforced Construction: The X-Floor panel has a specially developed glass-fibre net which is pressure bonded between the panel base and surface finish, this provides additional strength and ensures if the panel is overloaded to the point of surface breaking, the panel remains as a whole.
