IKO Easyseal Self-Adhesive Fully Bonded Underlay is used for main roof areas in cold roof constructions and all detailing beneath IKO Easyseal Cap Sheet or IKO Easyseal Pro Cap Sheet.
IKO Easyseal Self-Adhesive Fully Bonded Underlay is a (high performance, glass-fibre reinforced carrier ) with a heat-activated bitumen SBS elastomeric coating. The underside has a self-adhesive bitumen coating (protected by a release film) that provides a full bond to primed substrates, it has a 75mm selvedge that facilitates a full bond and rapid installation of the lap joints. The upper surface is protected with a polythene film that facilitates rapid bonding of the subsequent self-adhesive waterproofing layers.
