AKA: ‘Separator 90 Barriers’
With each barrier providing 2 metres of ground coverage, the GB2 Heavy Duty Barrier (AKA ‘Separator 90 Barrier’) is the most cost effective water filled barrier when it comes to swiftly marking out a longer area. Weighing only 32 kg when empty, up to 220 metres of barrier can be delivered in just one load, and easily assembled by only two people.
The first choice when it comes to crowd control, GB2 water-filled barriers stand 0.90 metres high and are supplied red and white alternate colours as standard. Highly visible barrier systems have greatly increased public safety when it comes to large events; be it to provide directional lanes in temporary car parks for a large country fayre, to provide safe passage for cyclists or runners taking part in a road race or marathon or to mark out clear walkways and exit routes from a large music festival or rock concert.
GB2 Barriers may be used at the roadside providing a visible barrier as pedestrians are re-routed, as pavements are repaired and buildings cleaned or repainted. To create additional site security the Separator 90 Barrier can be fitted with mesh panels or hoardings measuring 1.35m high, increasing the overall barrier height to 2.25m.
When water filled, each GB2 Barrier has a weight of up 350 kg, ensuring it will not easily be moved. The GB2 Barrier System is manufactured from UV stabilised prime polythene and has been successfully MIRA wind tested so that you can be sure that when you use the barrier you are choosing a sturdy high quality product with safety at the forefront of its design.
