Petraluxe GmbH

Founded in 2008, Petraluxe manufactures high-tech stoneware products using an extrusion process based on internationally patented Grestream technology.

Led by its skilful management team, the company has met all challenges head on and has consequently achieved extremely good results at international market level.

Dr Ruslan Yun, Managing Director

He studied Mining Engineering at the Karaganda University of Applied Sciences in Kazakhstan. From 1975 to 1980, he worked his way up from miner to Chief Engineer at Mine No. 57 in Zhezkazgan, Kazakhstan. In 1989, he became Director of the mines in South Zhezkazgan. In 1993, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of production at the metalworking company "Zhezkazganzvetmet," becoming its Vice President in 1994.

In April 1997, Mr Yun was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board at Kazakhmys Corporation. In December 2001, he was made General Managing Director of that company, with a staff of 62,000. From 2003 to 2006, Mr Yun was Chairman of the Board at Kazakhmys GmbH. In this position he last headed 70,000 employees. On 14 June 1996 he was awarded a doctorate.

Dr Yun has developed 34 inventions and patents. He has also produced more than 14 publications in the mining sector.

In March 2007, he became Director of his investment company EWW GmbH in Hettstedt, Saxony-Anhalt. In April 2008, he founded Petraluxe GmbH and has been its Managing Director ever since.

Mr. Krueppel, Director

After completing a mechanical engineering technical training, he passed through several positions in the thechnical department of Ostara Laufen Keramik GmbH in Meerbusch.
In June 1993 he became the production manager of this company.

From March 1998, he worked as a factory and plant manager at the Deutschen Steinzeug in Meerbusch. From February 2001 he had the responsibility as plant manager at the Deutsche Steinzeug in Sinzig.

In October 2009 he moved to Petraluxe GmbH in Aschersleben, where he first worked as technical director. Since December 2010 he is hired as executive director of the company
