Workspace London development selects DRU Art heaters for studios and workshops.

Workspace Group owns and manages over 100 business centres, situated in prime locations throughout London. Its portfolio includes offices, warehouses, workshops, industrial units or studio space, catering for small to medium sized companies with a wide range of activities.

A typical Workspace development is Riverside Business Park in Wandsworth, South West London. Originally an old Airfix building, Riverside offers a mixture of light industrial, office and studio space bringing together creative and manufacturing industries.

Workspace has specified DRU Art series balanced flue gas wall heaters for many of the properties at Riverside. The heaters offer an efficient and flexible solution for properties of this kind. They are available in a range of heat outputs from 2 to 10 Kw, so they can comfortably deal with both large and small areas.

The balanced flue system, which was developed by DRU in the 1930s, enables the heaters to be connected to the walls of the buildings and draw air from outside for combustion. This means that no oxygen is being depleted inside the buildings, resulting in comfortable heating with over 75% efficiency.

Another benefit of DRU Art series heaters is that they require no electrical connection. This makes them quick and easy to install and ideal for remote sites, portable buildings and buildings with a restricted power supply.

DRU produces many different gas heating solutions, including the Kamara powered flue range for churches and very large public buildings and Style balanced flue heaters for offices, workshops and homes.

The entire DRU heating range is supplied, fitted and serviced nationwide through the DRU Installer Group, a UK-wide network of Gas Safe registered heating companies that are fully trained to support DRU products.
