Waterloo announces strategic changes at board level

Waterloo Air Products plc has streamlined operations and re-structured its management team with the announcement that the company’s owners Ronald Edmondson and Richard Edmondson have now assumed operational management for the Group.

Ronald Edmondson is now Managing Director with his brother Richard as director. They bring a wealth of experience and expertise having run a number of businesses in the industry.

Waterloo Air Products is one of the UK’s success stories. It is a home-grown manufacturer that leads the market in chilled beams, air terminal devices and VAV systems. It has manufacturing facilities in Aylesford in Kent and Holten in eastern Holland and sells products through its own sales network.
