Senior Strengthens Management Team

Glazing systems designer and manufacturer Senior Architectural Systems has continued to strengthen its senior management team in order to handle the company’s anticipated growth in 2014. With the New Year comes a fresh start for board members James Keeling-Heane and Michelle Damms, who have new roles at Senior, and also for Mark Burton, who is new to the company. James has transferred from his post as General Manager at Senior Glass Systems to join the board of Senior Architectural Systems as Sales Director. Meanwhile, Michelle has replaced James to join the board of Senior Glass Systems (SGS) as Operations Director and take full board responsibility for SGS’ operations. Former Norking Aluminium employee Mark Burton has joined the company as Paint Line Manager at the firm’s Denaby site, replacing Michelle. James said: “I’m very excited to be taking up this opportunity with Senior Architectural Systems; whilst we expect another tough year we are firmly focused on supporting and servicing our customers throughout the coming months.” Michelle said: “I’m looking forward to bringing a fresh pair of eyes to the business, to improving productivity and to boosting customer satisfaction. I aim to make Senior Glass Systems the customer’s glass provider of choice in 2014 - a year in which we expect to become stronger as the market develops.”
