Marley Eternit has launched a range of new roofing resources to make it easier for contractors and merchants to find and select the most suitable roofing products and fixings.
The resources include a new online product selector, as well as a brand new roofing catalogue, wall chart and pocket guide.
Sarah Harding, marketing manager for Marley Eternit, comments: “Over the past few months we have been working to revamp all of our roofing resources to include new products, such as our Melodie and Maxima clay interlocking tiles, as well as those that have increased low pitch flexibility, like the Thrutone and Birkdale fibre cement slates. Our new roofing resources help to make it as easy as possible for contractors, merchants, specifiers and self builders to choose the right roofing product, fittings and accessories, for their project.”
The online roofing product selector has already been used over 3,500 times since its launch. It enables users to select their material, finish and pitch of roof before suggesting the right tiles or slates, as well as fittings and accessories for the project. Once a selection is made, users can then request samples, download related literature and BIM objects, or email and print their selection for future reference.
Marley Eternit’s new roofing catalogue includes the extensive range of tiles and slates, dry fix and ventilation systems, as well as fittings and fixings. It highlights low pitch products as well as innovations such as new Thrutone fibre cement colours, Riven Edgemere and Melodie and Maxima clay interlocking tiles.
A roofing wall chart and a pocket guide have also been developed to make it easier for merchants and stockists to select and recommend products. The lightweight A7 pocket guide is also an easy reference tool for contractors on site.
