Each of the 157 apartments features two of Passivent
’s Acoustic Energy Saver Vents with Canopy Grilles, colour matched to RAL7037 matt, and integrated into the double glazed window units supplied by Travis Perkins for subcontractor LSC Facades. Humidity sensitive, the vents automatically open and close depending on water vapour levels within, removing excess moisture generated by cooking, washing etc, and ensuring an adequate supply of fresh air in line with latest Building Regulations without unnecessary heat loss, and reducing external noise penetration from the road outside into the homes to just 34dB.
