Osmose Microshades Add A Touch Of Colour At Brookridge Timber
Brookridge Timber Limited is the first company in the UK to offer a revolutionary system for treating and colouring timber for use class 1-4.
The Micronized copper preservative system from Osmose incorporates a Micronized pigment system marketed across the world as Microshades™.
The system has all the benefits of Micronized Timber™ which include improved corrosion protection for exterior fasteners and hardware and reduced environmental impacts. The Microshades colouring system gives an attractive and consistent medium brown colour to the timber which actually enriches with time in external applications.
“Osmose Microshades pigment system will change consumers perception of treated timber. It simply performs differently to the other dye systems currently on the market. The material is aimed at the quality end of the exterior timber market and will suit the Timber decking,Fencing Landscaping, Playground and Cladding market segments. The Microshades timber really is unique in its weathering profile it actually enriches in colour as it weathers.” Stated Andy Hodge European Marketing Director for Osmose
