Nu-way to make sure Premier League football is not frozen out
Nu-way, the UK’s leading manufacturer of oil, gas and dual fuel burners, have made sure Premier League football has not been frozen out during the recent sub-zero temperatures.
Nu-Way provides heating to stadiums, pitches and training grounds of ten Premier League clubs. Current Tottenham Hotspur manager, Harry Redknapp, is the nation’s favourite to replace Fabio Capello in the England manager’s hot seat. His team won 5-0 against Newcastle in February at White Hart Lane, which benefits from the undersoil heating that Nu-Way’s XGN240 gas burner gives it.
Nu-Way also provide heating for Arsenal, Aston Villa, Bolton Wanderers, Chelsea, Newcastle United, Stoke City, Swansea City, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Premier League title chasing, Manchester City.
Football clubs without undersoil heating run the risk of having to postpone games, often on the day they are due to be played. This is a huge inconvenience to thousands of supporters who are often in the process of traveling the length and breadth of the country to watch the games.
There is also the commercial pressure of having to reschedule postponed games in what can be a congested fixture list. So while Nu-Way’s burners might not be at the top of fans’ transfer targets, they are fast becoming the unsung heroes of many football clubs.
Rick Crees, Nu-way’s Trading Director, says: “Snow and cold weather can be a disruptive influence on our lives, so we’re proud to be able to say that Nu-Way are making sure that football, the nation’s favourite sport, goes ahead as usual.”
