Nu-Heat customer service award a first for industry

Nu-Heat Underfloor Heating & Renewables is today celebrating receiving a top national customer service award – the only company within the heating sector to be recognised in this way.

The national customer service award was presented to Nu-Heat by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) – the UK’s leading independent, professional membership body for customer service. Known as the ICS ServiceMark, the award is given in recognition of consistently high levels of customer service. Nu-Heat is the first company from the underfloor heating industry to receive the ServiceMark.

Nu-Heat’s customer service standards were measured using feedback from its own people, its customers and an independent assessor. The high scores that Nu-Heat achieved across all three elements led to the ICS awarding the highest level ServiceMark with distinction, making Nu-Heat one of only seven companies in the UK to achieve this exceptional standard.
