has just spent several months upgrading its computer systems to make sales order processing and deliveries even faster, and also to be able to respond more quickly to specifier enquiries.
The new Sage 200 system installed company-wide coupled with a CRM (customer relationship management) system, brings comprehensive benefits all round. Amongst these is faster order processing, immediate access to stock availability and automated credit control. The CRM function provides a full project tracking system and updating by a member of staff either inside the company or remotely.
Commenting on the newly introduced system, Dave Potter, Knauf Marmorit

The new system also allows integration with the company’s Bristol based accountants for production of periodic accounts requirements and VAT.
