JELD-WEN, one of the UK’s leading timber doors and windows manufacturers, has introduced an exciting new range of Oak doors.

The Uprima Oak range features seven designs, with a combination of classic four and six panel and attractive cottage door styles. JELD-WEN has responded to demand in the market for high quality Oak doors with styles that are consistent with the trend towards natural looking wood veneers that really do enhance the natural beauty of a home.

The solid engineered construction of these high quality, affordable Oak doors means they will not warp, twist or split and are completely compatible with modern centrally heated or cooled conditions. A number of glazed versions are also available to help maximize the amount of natural light in a property between the rooms.

Mark Roberts, Product Manager for JELD-WEN, explains: “These latest new designs really do offer some exceptional opportunities to enhance a property through stunning internal doors. With the trend towards natural materials, these doors really do have a timeless elegance and widespread appeal in the market, making them suitable both for modern and more traditional homes.”

Oak as a finish in the home continues to rise in popularity due to its natural beauty and durability, which means it perfectly complements furniture, floorcoverings and work surfaces.

These doors are also offered with full chain of custody certification, which ensures they originate from well managed forests.

The Uprima range of stunning new doors are available from stock from late October and will be included in the new 2009 Doors collection from JELD-WEN.
