Lowestoft Components, part of JELD-WEN, has revealed its new brochure that demonstrates its dedicated millworking services to companies in the timber manufacturing industries.

The company, which has over 40 years experience in specialist timber component machining, is looking to develop new business opportunities with companies involved in the production of flooring, furniture and beds, doors and windows, timber frame housing as well as general construction industry needs.

The new brochure demonstrates Lowestoft Components’ precision woodworking capabilities, high quality end product and strong environmental recycling policy.

Tom Horne, general manager for Lowestoft Components, explains: “We have the capacity and expertise to produce large volumes of timber components to meet the very highest quality standards. There are huge opportunities for expanding our business and we are looking forward to helping other manufacturers to meet the market demands.”

Many manufacturers in the UK are increasingly turning to timber because it is an excellent material to work with either as a component or finished product. As well as the obvious aesthetics of timber, the material is being widely recognised for its environmental credentials and at Lowestoft Components all timber is Chain of Custody certified (either PEFC or FSC).
