‘May I take your order?’ is netting dividends for commercial kitchen company CHR Equipment Ltd.
The Preston-based company is starting 2011 with one of its fullest order books in its 20 year history, and in the past month alone has added additional contracts to design, supply and install catering facilities for four schools as sub-contractor to Laing O’Rourke and Balfour Beaty, and the consultancy for a new 500 cover restaurant- all new customers.
The new orders cover newbuild and refurbishment projects, in the hospitality, leisure, healthcare and education sectors. They range from a £20,000 school kitchen
refurbishment through tourist attractions to an award-winning inn. Observes Paul Neville, CHR Equipment
