LEGRAND ACCOUNTS FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Legrand has again demonstrated its commitment to added-value customer service with its newly formed national key accounts team.

Covering the UK, the seven-strong dedicated team has been assembled to manage all major contracts with national contractors. The aim being to ensure jobs are professionally co-ordinated and communicated from specification through to delivery and beyond.

Barry Hall, Legrand’s new national key accounts manager, said: “The days of simply having your product specified and then moving on to the next order are well and truly gone. Today’s national contractors want dedicated and experienced account managers and, as with any kind of account management, different clients want different things.

“We felt the best way of providing this kind of service was by having a team made up of specialists from related areas. And, as the majority of the team’s work will be with either electrical contractors or house builders, its make up reflects this; with two building and three contractor specialists working alongside the team administrator and myself.”
