Litespace by Ultraframe, the innovative way to enhance and extend your home by adding valuable space and flooding a downstairs room with light, is to be distributed by timber-to-kitchens group Arnold Laver Timber World.

Litespace is a fully glazed walk-in bay window that gives homeowners direct access to the garden. It is the ideal replacement for most patio doors or ground floor windows where homeowners want to enhance their rooms with more space and light.

Designed and manufactured by Ultraframe, the leading designer and manufacturer of conservatory roofing systems, Litespace will be made available throughout Timber World’s nation-wide network of 14 depots. Litespace will be marketed to over 18,000 Arnold Laver Timber customers through customer mailings, branch displays and website promotion. The Litespace account will be managed by David Oldfield, Group Joinery Product Manager.

David said: “We are delighted to offer Litespace. The concept is brilliant and it will open up a whole new product category onto the market, one that over the years could prove to be as big as decking has been for the last decade.”

It is already creating huge interest with homeowners who have small gardens or who have chosen not to install a large conservatory because of budget constraints. Litespace is an ideal solution for homeowners looking for extra light and additional space for a living, dining room, kitchen or even downstairs bedroom.

Available in white, light oak or rosewood finishes Litespace is manufactured in maintenance-free UPVC and features the high performance climate controlled glazing, called Conservaglass® Optimum, which is unique to Ultraframe, making it ideal for use all year round. French doors can be fitted on the left or right, allowing direct access to and a clear view of the garden.

Mark Hanson, Head of Product Management at Ultraframe said: “We believe Litespace will be a huge success. It is quick and easy to install and it adds light, space and value to any home. We look forward to a successful working relationship with Lavers.”
