Instarmac Employee Investment Rewarded with Accolade
Midlands manufacturer, Instarmac Group plc, has scooped The Times’ annual Top 100 Best Small Companies To Work For award for the fourth time, in recognition of its commitment to more than 130 UK employees and growing global client base.
The award comes following research conducted by Best Companies, which also credited Instarmac with three star status that is given to employers deemed ‘extraordinary’.
Instarmac was praised for ensuring its employees feel valued, its commitment to local and international community projects, as well as environmental policies.
The business has grown year on year, despite the recession, and has continued to recruit in a challenging market where the value of British manufacturing has also come under scrutiny.
Supplying products to clients that include national highways agencies and commercial organisations, Instarmac has spread its reach to a global audience with award winning projects in both Israel and Nigeria, placing it on the Sunday Times Fast Track International 200 list.
John Holcroft, Managing Director at Instarmac Group plc, said: “Lots of employers talk about the value of engaging their team but our fourth award from Best Companies proves that it is true of Instarmac where we promote a rewarding and engaging environment for all employees.
“This award is testament to the efforts of our entire team and its contribution to the British manufacturing industry for more than 35 years, as well as the importance we place on giving back to the communities in which we operate. Giving something back is highly important, not just for us as a business, but for all our employees.”
