Haddonstone shortlisted for prestige Construction Marketing Award

Haddonstone’s 200-page “Inspirations” catalogue has been shortlisted at the 2006 Construction Marketing Awards, which will be announced at the end of November.

The renowned cast stone manufacturer is competing against five other companies for the prestigious prize in the ”Best Use of Technical Literature” category, sponsored by leading trade magazine The Architects’ Journal.

Haddonstone’s marketing director, Simon Scott, said “We are delighted to have reached the finals of this important national competition. The decision to shortlist Haddonstone shows the judges recognise the quality of our catalogue, which has also been very well received by clients, whether design professionals or private individuals.”

The catalogue, launched in March 2006, marked an exciting new chapter for the company as it was the first time the whole Haddonstone Group – including Haddonstone, Haddoncraft Forge and Arcadian – had been brought together in one place.

The new catalogue has increased in width to include larger product and project photos, while remaining a practical A4 size in height. The expanded ‘Inspirations’ section features Haddonstone’s recent work on projects as diverse as a major new shopping centre in Ireland and the Victorian Spa in Scarborough.

‘Inspirations’ was totally redesigned with a fresh, contemporary look and coincided with a relaunch of the Haddonstone brand, including a new logo, stationery, website and even new lorry curtain sides!
