Greenstock Keeps Up with Demand with Investment in Shatterproof Lamps

Greenstock, the specialist lamp company, has recently made a large investment in new production machinery for shatterproof lamps to keep up with the increasing demand and ensure products are of high quality and supplied on time.

Output of shatterproof lamps has been increased by 25%, reducing costs and making Greenstock one of the leading competitors in the market.

Commenting on the investment, Matthew Wallis, Marketing Director at Greenstock said, “Our recent investment will allow us to massively increase the number of lamps we can produce per day, keeping up with the rapidly increasing demand for FEP coated lamps.”

The range of shatterproof lamps from Greenstock provides well in excess of the minimum service life required for the Commission Regulation (EC) No 242/2009 and IEC 61549 regulations, with a shatterproof FEP coating rated over 50,000 hours. The new legislation also requires all FEP coated lamps to have a single band recognised by the British Retail Consortium, making the lamps easily identifiable.

The investment shows the company’s commitment to supplying high quality products and service to customers. As an active member of the Lamp Coaters Association, Greenstock understands the importance of complying with global product standards.
