Upcoming lunchtime events at The University of Liverpool (Tuesday 11 December) and The University of Plymouth (Tuesday 18 December) will cover ground source heat pump and gas absorption heat pump technologies.
The seminars will discuss the project applications for different types of heat pumps and examine carbon savings and running costs. Opportunities for integration with other heat sources, such as CHP and solar thermal, will also be explored - drawing on case studies from educational and hospital projects.
The current seminars follow a successful series of events hosted by UK universities. Further seminars will be programmed for 2013.
