REHAU Easy Heat is the new domestic underfloor heating solution from REHAU designed specifically for house builders, providing a simple and cost effective way for them to incorporate the highly desirable feature into their new build properties.
REHAU Easy Heat is the only system on the market that can offer the comfort of underfloor heating without using a manifold.
With no requirement for radiators, underfloor heating opens up exciting possibilities for house builders in terms of providing the open plan living and flexible layouts which so many of today’s home buyers are looking for. It is also high on the list of many buyers’ check lists offering high levels of comfort combined with low running costs. Up until now though, it has often been considered too costly and complex to install in all but high end properties.
However, REHAU says that its launch of REHAU Easy Heat brings the option of underfloor heating firmly into the mainstream sector of the market with an installation solution which is as quick and simple as installing radiators.
Thanks to the new REHAU Easy Control, by using a conventional boiler and with no requirement for a separate manifold, the new REHAU Easy Panel system offers a groundbreaking combination of a structural floor solution for industry standard 600mm joist spacing and energy efficient underfloor heating for the whole home.
Connections are as simple as fitting radiators in both the ground floor and upper floors, and REHAU estimates that the process takes a similar length of time.
Once installed, REHAU Easy Heat provides one simple and familiar style thermostat in each room giving home owners complete flexibility and control over their heating and potentially allowing them to save up to 10% on running costs compared with conventional radiators.
There are no limits on the choice of floor covering either – with carpet, stone, vinyl or laminate all viable options for buyers.
With more than 25 years’ experience in underfloor heating in the UK, REHAU offers house builders the reassurance of proven technology with German engineering and quality, combined with UK market knowledge and a comprehensive range of customer support services.
