ULMA Architectural Solutions has provided their F150K and F300 drainage channels, with a ductile cast grating for Guarulhos Airport in Brazil. The channels are suitable for an airport as they can bear large loads, particularly the sections where the gratings suffer major axial stresses owing to the carrying out of manoeuvres and braking on them.
The fact that ULMA's drainage channels can be installed quickly without complications, and their innovative style, were among the reasons why they were specified for the largest airport in Latin America. In total around 3,200 linear metres of channel were installed.
