Marmalade Lane, built as a co-housing community, is in the modern Orchard Park area of north Cambridge. The sustainable neighbourhood has been built with 42 homes with community facilities and beautiful shared gardens. KEIM Soldalit was used onto the new brickwork on several external facades to give a fresh finish. The properties decorated in KEIM Soldalit stand out from the other buildings and the whole new built development has won the RIBA East and National Awards 2019.
