Alco Beldan is pleased to show one of their latest projects in conjunction with Kenneth Reid Architects.

This substantial stone dwelling in Edinburgh was looking for an extension to the kitchen and, in its owner’s words, ....."to die for".

A stainless steel clad extension with inserts into the existing kitchen space helps to fuse the outside to in effect.

Substantial light from the South facing aspect is enjoyed with this unique overall design.

Further overlapping occurs with the roof over sailing the external glazing that allows all windows to fold back and provide a seamless garden/house interface.

Alco Beldan SL60 Sliding Folding Doors were used with dual colour.
