Case study

Carr Lane in the rural village of Hambleton is a new £2.1 million development from Regenda Homes designed to accommodate the elderly population in the area. The pristine new homes have been constructed by MCI Developments with Tobermore’s smooth Kingston facing brick in the soft blended tones of Cottage Red.

Tobermore’s Kingston facing brick is an ideal house-building product offering endless aesthetic and practical benefits. Kingston is manufactured with a smooth, contemporary finish and the product colours produced are beautifully rich and vibrant. Tobermore use only the best Iron Oxide pigments available on the market to produce the eight colour options available with Kingston, which are proven to have excellent colour retention capabilities. The large variety of solid and blended Kingston colours also offer the possibility of using a few colours together to achieve complementary or contrasting architectural designs for any type of building project.

Andrew Garnett, Director at MCI Developments, sees a bright future for Carr Lane; “The scheme will benefit the village of Hambleton providing much needed elderly accommodation. It is very rare that a scheme such as this can be developed. This is a credit to MCI Developments and Regenda.”
