Bali Presents: Demystifying drainage webinar series

12 Nov 2020
CPD

The British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) is delighted to announce the first date in its three-part webinar series looking at the intricacies around drainage.

Following BALI's popular What Good Looks Like webinar earlier in October, BALI designer and contractor members are invited to join the team at Landscape House and partners ACO Technologies plc for a 60-minute webinar on Thursday 12th November 2020, starting at 10am.

The first webinar in the series, Demystifying Drainage, will explore the importance of good drainage within soft and hard landscape environments, including patios and paths, podium/roof gardens and swimming pools, as well as different soil types, soakaways, ditches, driveways, lawns and rain gardens.

Meeting your customer’s aims and objectives while considering real-world practicalities around water management can be complex. Ensuring the design meets the needs of the client and the site, requires an understanding of all the elements involved and how they work together. ACO’s extensive experience over more than 35 years allows us to help you create the right finish.

Learn about the wide range of water management solutions that are available to ensure the perfect finish whatever the site or location. Understand, recommend and apply regular maintenance schedules to ensure long term resilience. Support materials to help with recommending and advising products with your customers.

ACO will take attendees through a 45min presentation and will host a 15-minute question and answer session.

BALI members can attend free of charge and are required to book a place online using the link below.

Members must log in to access the free entry price. The event is open to non-BALI members for a price of £20 per person ex VAT.
