12 new Ceralsio ceramic and CRL Quartz materials added to CRL Stone range

With the trend for nature-inspired materials, industrial lines and neutral colour palettes in kitchen design set to be strong in 2019, CRL Stone has launched twelve new materials, bringing its Ceralsio ceramic and CRL Quartz collections to 77 surfaces to choose from.

Inspired by the lean towards the use of raw materials in the kitchen for a professional impression, Ceralsio Ferro Vecchio adopts the appearance of poured concrete, albeit with a softer appearance to the sometimes harsh lines of industrial designs. Cosmopolitan Grey and Cosmopolitan Silver also exude an industrial flair that will fit into any urban, contemporary space featuring exposed metal or brickwork, for example. The other new Ceralsio additions, Cervino (in a satin finish) and Calacatta Extreme, are just as luxurious and guaranteed to be the focal point of any designs with their striking marble-effect pattern that runs throughout the surface.

As ceramic surfaces, each style is extremely hard-wearing, non-porous and scratch and stain resistant, making them ideal for busy areas of the home, such as the kitchen, from a practical viewpoint. With such a variety of materials to choose from, Ceralsio also offers the opportunity for creativity within kitchen design, by mixing and matching styles in open-plan spaces to zone each area, for example, and to create a streamlined appearance with the same surface chosen for both worktop and splashback.

Quartz is an equally durable and versatile surface choice for kitchen worktops and splash backs, again having many advantages over materials such as natural stone and concrete as it never needs to be sealed. New materials in the CRL Quartz range for 2019 reflect the ongoing popularity of marble-inspired designs for the kitchen and a versatile grey colour palette that is timeless in its elegance while presenting a modern twist on a design classic.

From the distinctive grey and brown veining of Antonella, and the luxurious marble patterning of Pacific Grey and Pearl Grey, to the striking effect of Calacatta, the new CRL Quartz materials offer a wide range of styles that will become the focal point of any room. The 2019 collection also include Silver Shimmer and Grey Shimmer which add a gentle sparkle that catches the light to make any room shine.

With so many materials to choose from, there is a worktop solution suitable for every kitchen design in the CRL Quartz and Ceralsio range this year.
