Aqualux launches 'create your own space' collection
Imagination and vision are the only restrictions for future shower enclosure design as Aqualux launches a range of new products that will transform the wet room market.
The UK's leading manufacturer of bath screens and shower enclosures has unveiled a collection of modular glass panels that offer a completely bespoke solution whatever the bathroom size or shape.
Using the very latest technology, Aqualux's technical department has developed a state-of-the-art solution that allows modular glass panels to be securely fitted to any ceiling.
The Walk-in modular panels form part of Aqualux's exclusive AquaSpace collection and are available in five sizes: 700mm, 800mm, 900mm, 1000mm and 1200mm. The modular panels come complete with all fixtures and fittings for an instant fit. The 2.5 metre ceiling attachments can be easily cut down to suit any height, and a wet floor fitting at the bottom of the modular panel can be quickly removed to allow the panel to be fitted directly to a tray.
All panels have a silver polished effect frame with 8mm easy clean, limescale resistant clear glass and have been designed with a 20mm adjustment and can be fitted left or right hand, to make them even easier to install.
The glass panels are completely interchangeable allowing customers to tailor the enclosure to their needs.
Two 700mm panels can be installed to create a compact Walk-in in a small en-suite or downstairs water closet or a 1200mm and 1000mm can be combined to make the ultimate wet room in a spacious bathroom.
As the panels are attached to the ceiling they can be used individually and are ideally suited to create a bath replacement in recess areas, offering a perfect solution for the independent living market.
Sandra Hyde, Aqualux marketing manager, said: "Our new modular panels offer complete freedom of design. Whatever the shape of size bathroom, a wet room finish is now achievable.
"This is particular relevant as the need for products that meet the needs of an ageing population become increasingly popular. With minimal disruption, the modular panels can be fitted quickly and easily and offers people an easy to access showering solution."
