Security expert Abloy UK is showcasing its ABLOY CLIQ Remote system with the new mobile PD updater unit at IFSEC 2014. Experts will also be on hand to offer advice to security professionals on compliance and key control.
Web-based security management solution, ABLOY CLIQ Remote, allows for the remote management of disparate or large electronic master-keyed sites at any time, from anywhere in the world. And now, with its new mobile PD updater unit, users can update key access rights on the move and at remote locations using a mobile phone connection.
ABLOY CLIQ Remote also provides comprehensive audit trails on cylinders and padlocks and the ability to remove lost or stolen keys from the system, thereby providing tight key management at all times.
Visitors to IFSEC 2014 can get an interactive demonstration of how the ABLOY CLIQ Remote and electric locking systems work on stand D1700, with Abloy UK representatives on hand to answer any questions.
Jon Burke, Marketing Manager for Abloy UK, said: “IFSEC is the world’s leading annual security event, making it the ideal location to discuss compliant solutions and key control, and showcase one of our flagship products, ABLOY CLIQ Remote.
“Not only is CLIQ easy to install and to use, but keys can also be managed remotely across multiple sites for timed access, and keys that get lost can easily have their access rights removed without changing cylinders. ABLOY CLIQ Remote is also available to view at the ABLOY London Showroom, in the Building Centre on Store Street.
“ABLOY CLIQ Remote really does offer the ultimate synergy between the reliability of mechanical keys and cylinders and some of the benefits of access control.”
This year also marks the 50th anniversary of Abloy in the UK, with the company celebrating numerous milestones including the appointment of the Regional Sales team, the introduction of the Dealer Network, and the unveiling of the Abloy Academy.
