F. Ball and Co. Ltd. has celebrated the first anniversary of its successful Contractor Loyalty Card. Since the scheme was established, over 1500 members have reaped exclusive rewards, including 2.5% cash back on F. Ball products and priority booking on courses at the company’s newly opened training centre.
Cash back on all F. Ball
products continues to be the most popular benefit of the scheme. To date, F. Ball has received over 1,300 cash back claims, which in value terms, account for a third of the company’s business. In addition, ten randomly selected Contractor Loyalty Card members picked up a 42-inch Panasonic television in celebration of the scheme’s launch in July 2009. Since then, F. Ball
has given away seven rugged Makita site radios and four 32-inch Samsung televisions to winners of the scheme’s popular online spot the ball competition.
Paul Berrett of C.S. Flooring in Romford, was one of the lucky winners of the spot the ball competition: “It’s a great scheme. I was chuffed to win the radio but the biggest benefit for us is definitely the cash back. We’ve received two cash rebates so far, totaling around £700. We use F. Ball
products a lot, so it’s good to get something back. It makes a big difference and helps us to maximise our profits. We would be delighted if we could claim 2.5% cash back on all the products we use.”
